baru balik gym.. aaa lembek lutut cycling and rowing.. hari ni cycling 30 minit je n rowing 10 minit... selalu nye sekejap pun dah berpeluh.. tapi kenapa hari ni tak peluh ye.. sebab aircond ek? tak suka la kalo tak peluh ni.. rase macam tak buat pape... berbaloi ke kegyman aku tadi.. huuuu~
